Peru - $6,000

Funds for a church in Huaraz, Peru, where Cliff Temple mission teams have served the past two years, to purchase materials and local labor to add onto its building for a children’s ministry space.

PERU - $6,000

Our monthly gifts over three years plus local resources will help support a missionary in Peru through Texas Baptists’ Missionary Adoption Program. We will receive regular ministry updates and learn about opportunities to partner on special projects.

Mexico - $6,000

Funds for building supplies for Cliff Temple’s annual mission trip to Juarez, Mexico to build cinder block homes in partnership with Proyecto Abrigo. Our next scheduled trip is January 2020.

Belgium - $7,000

Funds for a Cliff Temple vision team to travel to Belgium in Fall 2019 to meet with Cooperative Baptist Fellowship field personnel Janee Angel and her family. Our church is considering becoming an Encourager Church to a CBF mission team, and Janee and her ministry to Muslim refugees and immigrants is our top prospect for the partnership. This would also help fund a trip for Janee and her family to come to Cliff Temple and share about their ministry among the Muslims of Belgium.

Guatemala - $6,000

Financial support of German and Karla Avila serving in Guatemala with InnerCHANGE, an organization committed to making disciples for Jesus in places of poverty. The Avila’s work in Quetzaltenango (Xela) where Cliff Temple mission teams have previously served. Funds will be distributed over three years.

Macedonia - $6,000

Funds for approximately five new cows for the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship Special Project of CBF Field Personnel Jeff and Alicia Lee. They are highly invested in agricultural ministry and have started a “Cow Bank” to help local bi-vocational pastors supplement their income. The pastors are able to sell products made from cow’s milk and use the cows in their small farm plots.

Gift to Texas Baptists Hunger Offering for church food pantries throughout Texas and innovative poverty alleviation projects in other parts of the world.
