preschool praisers and mission friends

Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 P.M.

If you have a four-year-old or kindergartner, they are invited to participate in Preschool Praisers and Mission Friends.

Preschool Praisers, led by Pamela Finley, meets from 6:00-6:45 in room 240.5, and Mission Friends, led by Susan Leftwich, meets from roughly 6:45-7:30 in room 240.1.

Celebration singers

Wednesdays,6:00-6:45 P.M. in room 240.3

If you have a first through fifth grader, Michelle Collins would love for them to participate in Celebration Singers. Our Celebration Singers work on and present songs throughout the year. They also present a musical in the spring.

Missions

Wednesdays, 6:45-7:30 p.m. in room 240.2

During Missions, children in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades learn about missionaries and the countries where they serve.

bible drill

Wednesdays, 6:45-7:30 p.m. in room 240.4

Bible Drill, led by Joann and Bobby Haas, is a meaningful time for our older children (4th, 5th, or 6th grade) to prioritize scripture reading and memorization as they prepare for the youth group and the rest of their lives!

Preschool Ministry

At Cliff Temple, we believe a strong foundation for loving God and loving others can begin at an early age. Every child can be a missionary for Christ.

Our preschool ministry includes infants through kindergarten. We offer Sunday School classes for all children and childcare for infants-preschoolers during worship. When your child enters kindergarten, we help you introduce them to the worship service.

To create a loving, welcoming, and safe environment for your child, we carefully screen each volunteer who works with our children. We want church to be a place that supports your child’s spiritual, physical, mental, and social development.

For our nursing mothers, we have a nursing room located in our Preschool Hall and a new cry room at the back of the Temple (our main sanctuary).

Please label all bottles, bags, and pacifiers that you bring for your child. Occasionally items are not picked up, and this will help us return the item to you.

Children's Ministry

Knowing God’s great love for them, we want your child to be empowered to share that love with others. Through Sunday School participation and other events throughout the year—Family Easter Celebration, Family Christmas Celebration, Vacation Bible School, and Preteen Camp—we hope your child will be spiritually formed, engaged, and challenged to be an everyday missionary for Christ.

Our children’s ministry includes children in 1st through 5th grades. While your child is at church, we strive to provide a safe environment for him or her. We carefully screen each volunteer who works with our children. Supporting your child’s spiritual, physical, mental and social development is our top priority.

Preschoolers and elementary age children enjoy music, missions, and Bible teaching classes on Sundays and Wednesdays.
